PRODUCTION WINE
This wine is produced from our winery located in the commune
of Cologne.
VARIETAL AND VINIFICATION
Terre di Franciacorta D.O.C. is cuvee of varietals approved
by the doc laws.
Cabernet, (Franc and Sauvignon), Merlot, Barbera and Nebbiolo.
The grapes are picked by hand followed by a soft pressing
and fermentation at controlled temperature (25-30 degrees
celsius) aging occurs in a combination of [urge and small
casks of Slovenian oak. Prior to bottling,
the wines are assemblea in stainless steel tanks.
ORGANOLEPTIC CHARACTERISTICS
The wine has a very intense ruby red colour, full and
compact aromas of wild berries, with a full-bodied, herbaceous
and harmonious taste.
ALCOHOL CONTENT 12,5% vol.
TOTAL ACIDITY CONTENT 5,5%
