GRAPPA FRANCIACORTA STRAVECCHIA

The residue after soft pressing and following fermentation of our Chardonnay Franciacorta grapes is vapour distilled with discontinuos method in small copper boilers, according to the traditional system. Then our Grappa is put inside the oaken barrels to age for more than 18 months. In this way, we are able to obtain a Grappa that is soft, round and gentile with a velvety finish. A grappa for the refined pallet.
