From a veneyard named "Il Pescatore" in the discrict of Paderno Franciacorta.

VINE AND VINIFICATION
Pinot Noir: 100%
Hand-picked and placed in small boxes and fermented for 8-9 days in steel vats at a controlled temperature (25-30° C). Maceration of the peels lasts 10 days, then gentle pressing occurs at approximately 1 atm. Ageing with malolactic fermentation takes place in small allier oak barrels for at least 10 months. Refinement in bottles: minimum 6 months.

ORGANOLEPTIC CHARACTERISTICS
Intense ruby red, complex and noble aroma, dry and velvety taste, smooth on the tongue.
