VINO SPUMANTE DI QUALITA' "OPERA ROSE'"

DESCRIPTION
This is a traditional cuvée made from Pinot blanc, Pinot noir and Chardonnay grapes picked by hand into small baskets and pressed within two or three hours of harvesting.
The must is left to ferment for several days in steel vats at a controlled temperature (11-18°C) to conserve its principal aromas. The sparkling process occurs in rooms kept at a constant temperature at a rate slow enough to encourage the formation of tiny bubbles. This wine has a fragrant scent reminiscent of acacia flowers and of small red berry fruit (raspberry); soft, fresh and lively taste that lingers correctly in the mouth.
The wine should be served at a temperature of between 8-10°C.
