VINO SPUMANTE DI QUALITA' "OPERA"

DESCRIPTION

This is a traditional cuvée made from Pinot blanc, Pinot noir and Chardonnay grapes picked by hand into small baskets and pressed within two or three hours of harvesting.
The must is left to ferment for several days in steel vats at a controlled temperature (17-18°C) to conserve its principal aromas. The sparkling process occurs in rooms kept at a constant temperature at a rate slow enough to encourage the formation of tiny bubbles.
The wine created has a fragrant aroma reminiscent of acacia flowers, lime trees and even toasted bread; the flavour is soft, fresh and lively and lingers on the tongue.
The wine should be served at a temperature of between 8-10°C.
