CURTEFRANCA TERRE DI FRANCIACORTA BIANCO D.O.C. PRODUCTION ZONE This wine is produced from our vineyards located in the communes of Erbusco and Paderno Franciacorta. VINIFICATION The grapes are hand picked and transferred to the winery into small boxes. The healthy and sound grapes are left in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature for a short period. After this soft pressing, fermentation take place at a indigenous yeast in order to maintain the pressing, fermentation aromas an bouquets of Franciacorta. ORGANOLEPTIC CHARACTERISTICS Light yellow colour with greenish reflections. The bouquet is intense with the scent of white flowers and exotic fruit, particolary harmonious with a persistent presence on the pallet. ALCOHOL CONTENT 12,5% vol. TOTAL ACIDITY CONTENT 5,5% EXTRACT 20 gr./lt.
